Manages and coordinates construction workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks, providing direction, and fostering a productive work environment. Enforces safety protocols, ensures compliance with building codes and regulations, and conducts regular site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards. Conducts field inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards, and addresses deficiencies as needed. Develops and monitors project schedules, coordinates work activities to prevent delays, and adjusts plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Monitors and controls project expenses, tracks material usage, and ensures the project stays within the allocated budget. Maintains accurate daily logs, records, progress reports, and handles necessary paperwork and documentation. Liaises with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors, to report on progress, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.
