Educational Background - A bachelors or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. Professional Experience - A minimum of 13+ years of experience managing complex equipment delivery projects, preferably within the mining or mineral processing industries. Technical Expertise - Familiarity with mining and mineral processing technologies is essential. Experience with Bulk Handling systems is a strong advantage. Project Management Skills - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver results under pressure. Project Management certifications such as PMP or CAPM are highly desirable. Systems Proficiency : - Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required. Proficiency in MS Project is expected, along with a willingness to adopt new project management tools and technologies. Communication & Language Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. Leadership & Collaboration - Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, make independent decisions, and drive results. You thrive in collaborative environments and have experience working with international and culturally diverse teams.
