Role & responsibilities Billing & Invoicing Prepare and review invoices related to real estate transactions, property leases, and service-related activities. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing, in accordance with contractual terms, payment schedules, and applicable taxes. Monitor payment collections and follow up on overdue invoices. Assist in preparing accounts receivable reports, including aging summaries. Collaborate with the Accounts team to resolve billing-related discrepancies. 2. Contract Administration Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining various contracts including lease agreements, purchase orders, and service agreements. Ensure contracts are properly executed, stored, and comply with legal and company standards. Track key contract milestones such as expirations, renewals, and payment timelines. Work closely with Legal and Operations teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies. 3. Contract Review & Compliance Review contracts for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with internal standards. Support the contract negotiation process by ensuring accurate documentation and standard clause application. Maintain a centralized, organized, and up-to-date repository of all contracts for easy access and audit purposes. 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with internal departments including Finance, Legal, Leasing, and Project Management to ensure seamless billing and contract workflows. Reporting & Documentation Generate routine reports on billing, collections, contract status, and receivables. Process Improvement Identify gaps or inefficiencies in current billing and contract processes. Recommend and implement tools, systems, or process changes to enhance accuracy, compliance, and overall efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering . 4 to 6 years of experience in billing, preferably in the real estate sector . Proficient in MS Office , especially Excel. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and coordination abilities.
