The ideal candidate should have experience in creating mockups to present to teams, collecting feedback, and producing high-quality work. It is essential for this individual to be proficient in building sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to provide to project stakeholders and execute tasks according to specified criteria. A strong creative and design skillset is required, along with familiarity with various design technologies. Responsibilities include liaising with client Product Owner/SMEs to gather functional requirements, designing functional solutions in collaboration with Solution Architect and Lead System Architect(s), participating in workflow and business process analysis for requirement identification and clarification, focusing on value-driven delivery, motivating teams to meet their commitments, resolving dependencies with connecting teams, creating implementation roadmaps, participating in Design Sprints, validating functional designs, prioritizing backlogs, ensuring best design practices are adhered to, creating wireframes, implementing visual designs, having hands-on experience with Sigma tool, familiarity with Pega (an added advantage), and collaborating with developers to achieve the design goals.
