The Applications Development Manager position at our company involves providing leadership and direction to a team of employees to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. This role also includes resource planning and negotiating with external parties when necessary. Responsibilities: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of BI experience - Interact with Business users to understand their requirements from a data analytics, visualization, and UI/UX perspective - Design and Develop Dashboards in Tableau using different data sources - Analyze data to find patterns and valuable business insights - Facilitate change and innovation to legacy systems and processes - Manage deliverables, coordinate with onshore teams, and prioritize technical issue resolution - Requirement gathering, effort estimation, technical design, project planning, and monitoring - Review day-to-day delivery work, implement robust processes, identify project/program delivery risks, and work on risk mitigation Skills Required: - Professional experience in building Reports, Dashboards, and Scorecards - Strong knowledge of Tableau desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau server - Strong Data Modelling skills - Working knowledge of QlikView/QlikSense and MicroStrategy - Experience in creating functional and technical documents - Experience working in Agile projects - Proficiency in tuning Dashboards and Reports - Strong SQL skills in at least one DB - SQL server, Oracle, etc. - Exposure to Big Data connectivity with Tableau/Qlik - Experience in connecting API with Tableau server - Tableau mobile development - Integration of Tableau with R or Python Good to Have: - Knowledge of cloud technology - Knowledge of programming languages html, JavaScript Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
