As a Building Maintenance Supervisor at Arya Bhangy Builders, your role will involve coordinating rental and lease services of Arya Bhangy Builders and supervising building maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the properties under your supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate rental and lease services of Arya Bhangy Builders - Supervise building maintenance to ensure all properties are well-maintained and in good condition Qualifications Required: - Minimum qualification of +2, Diploma, or Degree - Relevant experience in building maintenance or property management would be an advantage Please note that the company is looking for male candidates aged between 30 to 45 years for this position.
