Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage and expand our carpet and flooring business in the Hyderabad region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B and project sales, strong dealer/distributor network management, and a good understanding of the interiors or building materials industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the assigned territory. Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project management consultants (PMCs). Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and channel partners. Visit project sites regularly to ensure brand visibility and timely execution of deals. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities. Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for clients and channel partners. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and channel partners. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred). Minimum 48 years of experience in B2B/project sales or channel sales, preferably in flooring, tiles, carpets, laminates, or allied building materials. Good network of contacts among architects, interior designers, and contractors in Hyderabad. Strong negotiation and communication skills. You will be responsible for achieving your sales targets in Affordable Housing Loans by sourcing, servicing, and logging the home loan business. This will involve acquiring new clients for Affordable Housing Loans and building a network with builders to facilitate the smooth processing of loan files. You will need to work on acquiring APS clearance for files, mapping the assigned Area/Geography regularly with the help of your supervisor, and identifying new sources in the allocated Area/Geography. It will also be your responsibility to manage relationships with all assigned sources and maintain reports related to sales and activities in the prescribed format. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales of Affordable Housing and be proactive in achieving your targets.
