You are a young and energetic individual who will be joining our team as a Visual Designer at our development office in Noida. Your main responsibility will be to create user interfaces and visual experiences for our projects and products across desktop, mobile, and tablets while closely collaborating with our product and development teams. You will take the lead in developing the LocalCircles Android application, working closely with the Technology and product lead to implement product features. Your role will also involve managing the overall architecture of the app, including network layouts, configurations, and performance testing. Collaboration with QA and product lead to identify and fix bugs and enhance application performance will be crucial. In this role, you will continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve development efficiency and enhance user experience. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be necessary to define, design, and implement new features as required. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of software development experience, preferably using Java or Python. Experience in publishing Android apps from scratch, with a minimum of 2 apps published on the Play Store, is required. Proficiency in Android SDK, different Android versions, and UI design principles is essential. Familiarity with cloud message APIs, push notifications, code versioning tools like Git, and multi-threaded interface design is expected. Experience with Phonegap, Cordova, automation tools, handling large data sets, debugging principles, and perseverance will be advantageous. You should be detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work under tight deadlines and changing business requirements. A proactive and self-motivated working style with the ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team is essential. Motivation, positivity, and strong prioritization skills under pressure are key attributes for this role.,
