Role: Build strong relationships with employers and education institutions / colleges ensuring effective referral, placement and monitoring systems are in place for youth. Support youth during their self-development and skills training ensuring trainees are placed in positive outcomes and placements are successful. Specific Responsibilities: Support youth to achieve the skills training, mentoring and employer activities outlined in their individual Personal Development Plans. Deliver a sharp focus on achieving successful youth placements in work, training or further education and supporting youth to sustain these for 1 year. Effectively utilize and leverage partnerships at all levels Arrange job fair / placement drives / campus recruitment youth as well as market need Carry out 24 hour training module (covering industry overview, mock interview, other soft skills training) as per mandated curriculum Monitor youths performance and retention with employers. Support youth after their placements to ensure that they retain their engagement and sustain themselves in work or education placements for up to 1 year.
