Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end design: wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes Define user flows and interaction models for web, IDE, and CLI experiences Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn technical challenges into intuitive solutions Conduct developer user research and usability testing Drive the development and refinement of our design system Iterate quickly based on feedback and data Qualifications: 4+ years of experience designing digital products (preferably SaaS or devtools ) Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and clean UI Proficiency in Figma or similar tools Understanding of basic front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JS) Comfortable working in fast-paced environments What do we offer: At Bito, we strive to create a supportive and rewarding work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
