Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain robust microservices in GoLang ensuring clean abstractions, high reliability, and scalability readiness. - Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold technical excellence standards. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers & Backend Engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. - Simplify complex user problems into scalable backend solutions. - Own entire features from coding to documentation, encompassing unit testing and bug fixing. - Engage in architectural discussions, contribute to the tech roadmap, and steer technical strategies. As a detail-oriented and tech-savvy User Experience (UX) Tester, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and reporting on the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of our digital products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet user expectations and align with our business goals. Your key responsibilities will include conducting usability testing on both web and mobile applications. By identifying pain points and areas for improvement in user flows and interface design, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to provide actionable feedback. It will be your task to create and execute user testing scenarios and test cases, documenting bugs, user feedback, and testing results in a clear and thorough manner. Your insights from testing will be vital in improving design decisions and product development. Therefore, staying current on UX/UI trends and best practices is essential to excel in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent experience will be considered. A strong understanding of UX principles and usability heuristics is necessary, along with experience using usability testing tools such as UserTesting, Lookback, Maze, or Hotjar. You will assist in identifying and prioritizing test scenarios based on project requirements and provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance by working closely with cross-functional teams. Under the guidance of senior QA engineers, you will learn and apply software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Your involvement in Agile/Scrum development processes, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, will be crucial to the team's success. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with internship experience in software testing or quality assurance. A basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately follow instructions are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, combined with the eagerness to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance, will be key to your success.
