You will be responsible for downstream operations related to recombinant proteins at PU 3 for Sanzyme Biologics, Karakapatla unit. This includes handling tasks such as TFF for micro and ultra filtration systems, continuous centrifuge operation, chromatography systems management with audit trailing, column packing and unpacking for high-scale BPG columns, buffer preparations, sterilization of process materials, and working in shifts as required. In addition, you should be well-versed in clean room procedures, integrity testing, documentation practices, SOPs, and hierarchy within the organization. A suitable candidate for this position should hold a B.Tech or M. Sc in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Microbiology, along with 2-3 years of relevant experience in downstream operations for recombinant proteins.
