You are invited to apply for the position of Assistant Manager - Accounts at our Polymer Factory located in Ahmednagar. As an ideal candidate with 8 to 10 years of experience in accounting, financial management, taxation, and compliance within the manufacturing sector, you will play a crucial role in overseeing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring financial accuracy. Your expertise in financial reporting, GST, TDS, MIS reports, and audits will be essential for managing the accounting functions efficiently. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, managing tax compliances, presenting MIS reports and financial analysis, coordinating audits, and implementing internal controls to prevent discrepancies. Your strong leadership skills and analytical mindset will enable you to provide valuable insights for cost control and budget monitoring. To excel in this role, you should hold a CA / CMA / M.Com / MBA (Finance) qualification, possess a deep understanding of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software, and demonstrate expertise in GST, TDS, financial reporting, and compliance management. Your ability to make data-driven decisions, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively will be crucial for success in this position. This is a full-time role that requires your presence at our office in MIDC, Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. You should be willing to engage in fieldwork as needed and be prepared to join at the earliest. Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting is required for this position.
