Key Responsibility Review and interpret technical drawings, tender documents, and project specifications. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities(BOQ) for all disciplines. Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to support cost estimation. Prepare cost analysis and comparative reports for management review. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure cost consistency. Analyze historical data to provide cost benchmarks and pricing strategies. Praticipate in tender submission meetings and post-tender clarifications. Maintain a comprehensive database of material prices, labor costs, and subcontractor rates. Preferred candidate profile
