Designation – Sr. Executive – Operations / Asst. Manager - Operations

Location – Bangalore

Languages – English, Kannada and Hindi

Educational Qualification – Graduate

Work experience : 2 - 4 years in a BTL / Event Management company

Preference : Having 2-Wheeler for daily commute

* Good English & Kannada Communication required

• Hands on experience in managing various BTL activities like Corporate displays, Residential societies displays, Club displays, setups in Grounds, Mall & Club displays, Conferences / Launch events in Hotels etc etc
• Good knowledge and contacts of various venues like Corporate, RWA, Grounds, Clubs, Malls, Hotels etc
• Good knowledge and contacts of various category of vendors required for BTL and Events
• Liaoning with various authorities for venue booking and permissions
• layout and theme planning for the activity as per client's specifications and work out with vendors required for the same.
• Interaction with vendors & other relevant services providers for event & BTL execution
• Supervising the sub-vendor, production teams, hiring support staff, caterers and other contract workers as necessary.
• On-site management - from pre-planning to the event day and post-event activities.
• Coordination with client for smooth execution of the activity and daily reporting.
• Generating the reports – after event (as per client requirements).
• Execution of events with-in approved budget.
