Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven BTL Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives in the jewellery sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative below-the-line marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the jewellery market, consumer behaviour, and effective promotional tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Create and implement BTL marketing strategies tailored to our jewellery products, focusing on targeted consumer segments. • Campaign Management: Design and manage promotional campaigns, events, and in-store activations to boost product visibility and sales. • Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with retail partners, influencers, and local businesses to enhance brand presence. • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis in the jewellery industry. • Content Creation: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content for campaigns. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Budget Management: Manage the BTL marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably within the luxury goods or jewellery sector. • Strong understanding of the jewellery market and consumer behaviour. • Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns and events. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
