Team Leadership & Development Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Customer Service Associates. Business Growth & Profitability Plan and implement business strategies to boost store profitability. Ensure efficient stock management, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Align store operations with organizational goals and brand standards. Local Marketing & Brand Visibility Plan and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities like in-store events, tie-ups, community engagement, etc. Increase footfall through local outreach initiatives and strategic promotions. Collaborate with marketing teams to roll out seasonal campaigns and promotional offers.
