The Powertrain Installation team at Volvo Group in Bangalore is a group of passionate engineers dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering projects within the Chassis Engineering Department. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing components, collaborating with various departments, addressing quality issues, and preparing engineering reports based on test outcomes. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in the Automobile domain, familiarity with CAD tools like Creo, and knowledge of design of Sheet metal and Casting brackets with GD&T awareness. Strong networking and interpersonal skills, as well as willingness to learn and develop your skills, are essential for success in this position. If you have a graduation or post-graduation in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/Industrial Engineering and 2-5 years of experience in the automotive industry or mechanical domain, this opportunity could be the next step in your career. Experience in Design of Exhaust System or Fuel System and knowledge of product design & development cycle would be beneficial.
