· To prepare cost estimation and control for the Projects, Identifying the Requirements of materials. · To Coordinate with all departments to prepare execution strategy, cost control, work procedure, Time constraints, safety guidelines, technical issues, trying to cost down the budget of the project. · To Plan the work schedule, Inventory control, manpower allocation, monitoring work progress, preparing and controlling the daily, weekly and monthly reports · To Manage multiple projects, Timely finishing the projects, compiling overall project reports · To Conduct Weekly, Monthly Technical Coordinating and supervising the installation, erection and commissioning of plants and providing all technical support · To Prepare and submitting the site conditions, material Requirements, labor Requirements, other Requirements. · To Verify layouts for the project as per the process and material flow needs. · To Handle technical queries and investigating of all field work related problems. · Erection planning and scheduling to execute Piping, Structural , Heavy equipments, , Etc. · Monitoring and Controlling daily and weekly Erection Reports and Coordinating to prepare pre commissioning, Commissioning and maintenance manuals · Maintaining specified standards and quality. · Checking the QSHE manuals, Quality assurance policy and maintaining the same. · Willing to Travel · Site Experience Preferable Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: total work: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 18/08/2025
