We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated B.Sc Nursing professional to join our healthcare team. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Assist in daily living activities for patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in India.
• Basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of nursing procedures, protocols, and best practices.
