Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant Store Manager - Operations. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining inventory. Additionally, the role will involve coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure product standards are met and managing daily sales and financial transactions. Qualifications Retail management and operations experience Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Staff management and leadership abilities Inventory control and financial transaction management Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Commitment to maintaining product quality and presentation standards Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is beneficial Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
