End to end Project management from concept to handover with strict Capex and timeline. Responsible for project life cycle - feasibility study, business case presentation, capex approvals, basic and detailed engineering, procurement. construction management and handover with documentations Ensuring compliance to all Statutory requirements and its approvals Mapping Project progress with key focus on look ahead, action required, proactively escalating risk, mitigation plan. Team building, trainings for upgradation of team skills Presentation of complete Project deliverables, Road map to management Managing project cost control, spend and variance. Opportunistic for Value engineering and usher team vigilance throughout project lifecycle. Support factories or region India with significant projects. Has the authority to make decisions and manage the allocated resources, within given time frame and budget. Preferred candidate profile Project Manager based in Satara to execute and manage projects or sub-project, with great business impact in accordance with our project methodology to reach the desired outcome. You have a drive for Sustainability and carry experience with projects that supports a green agenda. Projects in cooperation with RE and Civil work is an important experience you possess. Mechanical / Civil Engineer graduate, having relevant experience in the same field. Minimum 8 Years to 10 Years of experience. Fluent in written and spoken English. Drawing reading and understanding of GD &T Project management experience with reporting metrics of cost, time and other resources. Should have good working experience with Process softwares like AspenPlus, Hysys, PROII, FlareNet, KORF, AFT, HTRI etc. Process Engineer with design experience in Process Engineering of Brownfield projects (Pre FEED,FEED,DD) .

Role & responsibilities Identify potential land acquisition opportunities. Conduct thorough market research and analysis. Evaluate the feasibility of potential land acquisitions. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts. Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with zoning laws and regulations. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Manage the due diligence process for land acquisitions. Monitor and track the progress of land acquisition projects. Ensure all land acquisitions are completed within budget and on schedule. Assist in the development of land acquisition strategies. Collaborate with other departments to align land acquisition efforts with company goals. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. Provide support during the closing process of land transactions. Primary responsibility: Supervise the construction/ interior/ renovation projects for schools and allied sites. Supervise infrastructure like playgrounds, transport facility etc. for schools Assuring quality of materials & work at site. Assuring timely delivery of project/ work by means of proper planning & coordination with contractors, architect and consultants. Preparing rate schedule, rate analysis & Bill of Quantities for projects whenever required. Rate analysis of special items as and when required. Estimates of materials required for projects. Verification of Vendors' Bills & certifying the quantities executed at site. Study of drawing, design, BOQs, required performance standards & project specifications. Testing & commissioning of final product w.r.t safe and satisfactory product performance. To ensure that subcontractor invoices are reviewed and approved within the stipulated time span. Secondary responsibility: To Prepare, complete and submit total project planning. Ensure that the job processes are followed in accordance with policy. Proactively monitor the progress of the work & get the decisions from seniors. Coordination with school team for requirements and work permissions.

Conducting detailed feasibility analysis for Projects (multiple locations) Coordinate with stakeholders for Project planning, Monthly reviews and Manufacturing meets MIS & data analysis to support decision making CAPEX management (all locations)
