Scope of the role: Sourcing of all electrical standard bought-out items required for SPMs. Job Profile: Daily receipt of purchase requisitions from user departments such as design and assembly & other users. Validation of specifications, quantity and other information in the requisitions Preparation for RFQs based on the requirements Sharing RFQs with desired suppliers Receiving response from suppliers Preparation of Purchase orders and obtaining necessary approvals as per SOA Follow-ups with suppliers for pipeline orders Ensure timely accounting of the materials at stores and on-time closures of discrepancies of supplier invoices at stores.
