As a Senior Equipment Engineer - CMP at Orbit & Skyline, you will join a seasoned team of semiconductor professionals to maintain and troubleshoot CMP applied Mirra Messa tool. With responsibilities including preventive and corrective maintenance, PM planning, and troubleshooting of CMP equipment, the ideal candidate should possess 6 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance, along with hands-on expertise in Titan head rebuild, UPA & robot calibration, and slurry delivery system maintenance. Additional knowledge in CMP process, brooks/rorze SMIFs, and wafer sorter is advantageous. The candidate should hold a Degree/Diploma in engineering, exhibit a positive attitude, excellent teamwork skills, and proficiency in sensors, actuators, and pneumatics. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, strong communication skills, and a self-driven approach are essential attributes.
