Collecting water sample and forwarding it to the lab. The new farm enquiries to be addressed to the BM. As per the BM Instruction, collect the required documents from farmer for preparing agreements. Prepare the feed and chick indents for his line and submit to BM and Coordinator. Regular farm visit to be carried out and preference to be given to the brooding farms and to complaint farms. Inform, coordinate with farmers for chick arrival, vaccine, medicine issue, brooder requirements, health condition, farm management. Initial priority for brooding / chick farm. Develop the farmer relationship by providing good Technical Service. Facilitate the farmer to perform the farm better than previous performance with the help of SOP implementation. Farm and office copy Entry has to be updated on daily basis with all required details. Visit report to be entered in the ERP on daily basis with all required details. Ensure the Brooding arrangements, if any deviations educate the farmer to rectify the same. Verify the chick quality by Weighment and physical appearance of the chicks. If any quality deviations are found, it has to be informed to the Reporting Manager. Verify the details of pullout Vs Delivery time and quantity. If any quality deviations are found in those parameters, it has to be informed to the Reporting Manager. Ensure the correct details are entered in the Farm Card. Issue of agreements, circulars, and policies and get acknowledgement from the farmer. Only Poultry Experience Preferred, line supervisor can apply .
