Role Summary :- The Regional Head Broking Channel will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic relationships with insurance brokers across the assigned region. This leadership role requires a high-performing individual with deep understanding of the insurance and broking ecosystem, strong team management capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive market. Skills required Interpersonal , communication, team work , decision making at local level. Qualification Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Management, Finance, or related field. Experience 10-15 years ( preferably in life insurance with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing broker or partner channels. Work Experience : - Prior experience in managing large partnership accounts (especially NBFCs, HFCs, or banking channels) is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving sales goals.
