In the FY 2024-25 we are foraying into Interior & branding consultancy. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client lead generation through cold calling, exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of driving sales growth. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This is going to be a nice opportunity for someone who wants to be creative in their sales approach and develop the business innovatively. Responsibilities: · Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and qualify prospects. · Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through phone and email communication. · Work closely with the sales team to identify prospects. · Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance metrics. · Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted sales campaigns. · Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. · Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.
