Brochure Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing design concepts, graphics, and layouts for websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and product development to align visuals with project objectives
• Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity across all design elements and materials
• Deliver high-quality visual content adhering to brand guidelines while promoting creative innovation
• Stay updated with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into design processes
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance brand communication
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines with attention to detail
• Edit, retouch, and adjust images and layouts to improve visual quality
• Work with external vendors such as printers, illustrators, and photographers to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong and diverse portfolio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain design concepts clearly
• High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to receive and incorporate constructive feedback into designs
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and web design is a plus
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing is an added advantage
• Familiarity with branding and marketing principles is beneficial
