Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Nagpur. The Financial Controller will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, overseeing financial reporting processes, conducting financial accounting tasks, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. This role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and optimizing the financial operations of the company. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Finance Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and lead a team Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is highly desirable
