As an Electrical Engineer Lead, you will collaborate with engineering teams of Architects and ME/EE-Engineers, both in-office and remotely, to devise technical solutions that align with the business needs of our clients. Your role will involve working alongside licensed engineers and experienced designers to create power distribution and lighting systems tailored for various industrial and commercial facilities, including manufacturing and distribution centers. Your educational background should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, such as power utility coordination, designing power distribution systems, specifying Motor Control Centers, and conducting lighting design using Visual Lighting. You will be involved in preparing design criteria, one-line diagrams, and equipment specifications, as well as selecting and sizing UPS systems and inverters. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 12-18 years of Electrical design experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical, or Semiconductor Facilities Engineering. Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD Electrical, SKM, Easypower, Visual Lighting, and REVIT is essential. You will be expected to demonstrate hands-on experience in single line diagram preparation, motor and drive selection, and electrical studies for various applications. Your responsibilities will also include developing and maintaining electrical instruments, equipment, and systems, ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for interacting with project managers, clients, and vendors. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is necessary for this role.
