As a Supervisor - Unit at Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited in Bavla, Gujarat, IN, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the preventive and breakdown maintenance activities of various API plant equipment such as reactors, ANFD, centrifuges, and RVD. You will also be in charge of maintaining utility equipment including purified water systems, nitrogen plants, air compressors, brine plants, chillers, hot water systems, and AHUs. Your duties will involve ensuring that all maintenance tasks are carried out in compliance with safety standards, company policies, regulations, and SOPs. Additionally, you will be supervising the operation of borewells and pumps, managing inventory of materials, and upholding safety, health, and environmental norms by using personal protective equipment during work. Furthermore, you will be required to coordinate with utility operators for the maintenance of utility equipment, oversee the installation of new equipment with vendors, document all maintenance activities, and execute any tasks assigned by the immediate Engineer or Head of Department.
