Description We are seeking an experienced BRIM CRM SOM Technical Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP BRIM solutions and will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical consulting services to our clients. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and implement BRIM CRM SOM solutions tailored to client needs. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BRIM CRM SOM applications. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance. Develop and deliver training materials for end-users. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Skills and Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in SAP Convergent Charging (CC) and SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI). Strong understanding of SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) processes. Proficiency in CRM and SOM (Sales Order Management) functionalities. Experience with SAP ABAP programming and debugging skills. Familiarity with integration points between SAP BRIM and other SAP modules. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
