We are looking for highly committed and reliable individuals to conduct focused, in-person market research in our target metro areas. Your work is critical for our investor validation and product strategy. Your Role (The Mission): You will serve as a Field Research Agent , responsible for executing a high-volume survey campaign. You must independently and ethically approach traveler and potential travellers in high-traffic, relevant areas (e.g., shopping centers, universities, corporate parks) within your assigned city to gather deep insights into their travel pain points. What You Will Deliver: Conduct in-person surveys using a provided digital form (must be comfortable engaging strangers). Ensure absolute data authenticity and quality —responses will be subject to a rigorous verification process. Complete the fieldwork within the assigned 15–20 day timeframe . Project Requirements & Compensation: Duration: 15–20 Days Target Cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, & Hyderabad Minimum Responses: 700 Authentic Responses per agent Minimum Payment: ₹3,000 INR (Guaranteed upon submission of the minimum 700 verified responses) Bonus Earning: Up to ₹5,000 INR (Based on the total number of authentic, high-quality responses) Who We're Looking For: Strong Resilience & Interpersonal Skills: You must be highly comfortable initiating conversations and maintaining enthusiasm.
