Ensure timely completion of the project with minimal snags, maintaining high-quality standards. Managing and instructing the site workers, setting their schedules, and monitoring their performance. Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed strictly. Conducting regular site inspections and addressing any potential hazards immediately. Maintaining accurate records of employee attendance, site activities, and progress reports. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure that all activities align with the project plan. Ordering and managing the inventory of construction materials to ensure a steady supply without excessive overstock. Problem-solving and troubleshooting any issues that may interrupt the timeline or budget of the project.
