HR Recruiter & Fresher Intern Experience - 0-4 Years Mg Road, Gurgaon Key Responsibilities: Source candidates using job portals, internal databases, and social media. Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams or clients. Maintain daily trackers and reports for recruitment activities. Assist in onboarding and documentation of selected candidates. Ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. Meet defined hiring targets and timelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of end-to-end recruitment process Good organizational and multitasking abilities Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic recruitment tools Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
