Distribution of manpower for Shift Activities time to Time. Attend daily breakdowns and maintain logbooks and reports Perform Preventive maintenance as per the planner with seniors and update the checklist. Energy Monitoring on SCADA and Machine wise Power Consumption Reports to be sent to Management on Shift Basis. Electrical System Power Factor Maintain at 0.999. Should check AC motors, Motor Bearing Noise & inspection of it's healthiness in every shift All type of Electric Motors/Equipment's Overhauling to be Carryout and Complete the works on Departmental Level Carryout the modification and rectification/Preventive Action Plan for Repetitive Breakdowns. Should take trial of DG, check battery & note down it's status in shift
