Job Title: Key Account Manager Location: Bangalore / NCR / Hyderabad / Pune / Mumbai / Chennai Experience: 10+ years in Corporate Training Sales Industry: Corporate Training Function: Sales & Account Management Job Description: Key Responsibilities · Drive revenue from existing and new clients by understanding their training needs and aligning solutions accordingly. · Serve as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring smooth communication and a strong relationship with clients. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of training solutions. · Resolve client issues quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. · Build long-term relationships with existing clients and re-engage dormant accounts. · Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within accounts. · Maintain a deep understanding of client industries and their evolving training needs. · Take client feedback seriously and work internally to close the loop. · Offer an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the engagement. IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS - 10+ years of experience in Corporate Training Sales (Note: Not training coordination, delivery, or operations). - Fluency in the local language (of the base city).
