Job Summary Seeking a highly experienced Team Leader cum Senior Bridge Engineer with 15+ years in bridge projects and 5+ years leading cable stayed bridge construction/supervision, including multi-span structures (minimum 2 pylons, 100m+ spans). The role involves full project lifecycle management, team leadership, international exposure, and use of advanced bridge engineering technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction and supervision of cable stayed bridges, including multi-span projects. Manage technical coordination, project execution, quality control, contract compliance, and schedule management. Oversee planning, design review, execution, commissioning, and maintenance manual preparation following international best practices. Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff. Provide project progress reports and risk assessments to stakeholders. Required Qualifications Graduate in Civil Engineering (mandatory), Postgraduate in Structural/Bridge Engineering preferred. Minimum 15 years handling road/rail bridge projects. Minimum 5 years as Team Leader/Project Manager or equivalent on cable stayed bridge projects. Experience in multi-span cable stayed bridges with at least 3 years input per project; exposure to major bridges (344m+ length) is a plus.
