We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in bridal and couture fashion—particularly Indian and Indo-Western—to lead and streamline our production processes. This is a dynamic role that involves overseeing the development of custom and ready-to-wear garments from concept to completion. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage the end-to-end production timeline across bridal, Indian couture, and Indo-Western lines. Collaborate with designers and patternmakers to translate creative concepts into precise production plans. Ensure accurate interpretation of intricate embroidery, embellishment, and tailoring specifications. Lead a team of in-house tailors, artisans, and embroiderers. Coordinate with local and international vendors, karigars (artisans), and fabric suppliers. Manage outsourcing to ensure quality and on-time delivery
