Key Responsibilities for the Sales Role

Lead Generation

• Visit wedding planners, event managers, photographers, and makeup artists for referrals.
• Build partnerships with bridal stores, salons, and local influencers.
• Scout local exhibitions and wedding expos.

Client Relationship Management

• Meet prospective brides/grooms and families for requirement gathering.
• Maintain a database of upcoming weddings and follow up proactively.
• Coordinate between design team and client for custom orders.

Sales & Conversion

• Conduct showroom visits or at-home consultations.
• Upsell fabric, accessories, and family wedding wear.
• Close deals and take advance payments.

Market Intelligence

• Research competitors, trends, and pricing.
• Suggest improvements in design offerings based on client feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years in fashion retail, bridal sales, or luxury apparel.
• Location: Trivandrum (local language proficiency preferred).
• Traits: Persuasive, well-groomed, customer-friendly, goal-oriented.
