Role Overview: Own concepttoexecution for bridal and high-end partywear (RTW bridal + bridesmaids). Translate brief sketches khakha sampling production, with direct client touchpoints when required Key Responsibilities: - Endtoend design: mood boards, sketching, khakha creation, trims & fabric sourcing. - Convert designs to productionready patterns; supervise sampling & fit trials. - Direct and qualitycontrol embroidery/craft execution (zardozi, gota, chikankari, etc.). - Lead tailors & artisans; allocate work, resolve technical issues. - Vendor management for fabrics, dyeing, handwork, finishing. - Client-facing: customization, fittings, style advice. - Maintain style & trend library; seasonal line planning. MustHave Skills: - Strong khakha drafting; pattern fundamentals (blouse, lehenga, gowns, anarkali, sharara, trail gowns). - Proven handembroidery craft knowledge and finishing standards. - Aesthetic sensibility for luxury; color & surface development expertise. - Production literacy: BOMs, spec sheets, measurements, tolerance sheets, finishing. - Excellent eye for detail; deadline discipline; clear communication.
