Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients and negotiating deals to closing sales of residential and commercial properties. Primary duties include generating leads, conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining records of sales activities in CRM systems. The role requires close coordination with clients to understand and meet their property needs and investment goals. Qualifications Experience in Sales, Real Estate, and handling Real Property transactions Strong Customer Service skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
