Location: KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana Company: brick2brand Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply) 1. Sales & Marketing Executive (Field) – Male Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Promote property listings and handle site visits. Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business. Conduct market research and report trends. Collaborate with the marketing team for brand visibility. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Requirements: Qualification: 12th pass to Graduation (any stream). 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing preferred (real estate a plus). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Local area knowledge (Hyderabad & surroundings). Fluent in English and Telugu/Hindi. Two-wheeler and valid license required. 2. Tele Caller (Female Only) Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Generate appointments and follow-up with leads. Explain property/project details clearly over the phone. Maintain and update lead data in CRM. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures. Requirements: Qualification: 12th pass to Graduation. Excellent communication and telephone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Fluency in English and Telugu/Hindi. Previous calling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
