The SAP MDG Technical Consultant will be responsible for making solution recommendations and implementing them considering the organization's master data requirements with a focus on standard MDG capabilities and enhancements. You will be responsible for designing technical solutions, implementing them, and guiding the technical team for requirements implementation. You should have more than 6-8 years of experience in SAP, with at least 4 years specifically in the SAP MDG Technical area. Ideally, you should have worked on at least 2 end-to-end MDG projects, preferably in domains such as Business Partner, Customer, Supplier, or Finance. Collaborating with technical team leads and business process owners, you will define solutions and business processes within the defined scope. Your work experience should include configuring and setting up SAP MDG for Master Data Governance, Business Partner, Finance, and Custom Objects. It is essential to have a good understanding of functionalities like Storage types, relationships, Edition, and hierarchy concepts, as well as experience in data modeling, process modeling, UI modeling, and Replication areas. Additionally, you should have expertise in data model enhancements, SMT mapping extensions, GENIL Model extensions related to Business Partners, Hana Search, duplicate check configuration, and MDG Rule-based workflow with BRF+ configurations. Experience in data transfer through ALE/IDOCs, Enterprise services, DRF, Data Import framework, CBA, Wiring concepts in MDG FPM Apps, MDG BADIs, and data replication BADIs is required. You should also be familiar with migrating data from other systems into MDG Hub and vice versa. Basic knowledge of MDG-Consolidation, mass processing, and MDG Reporting is preferred.
