Company Description Brewers Kettle is a team of engineers, IIM graduates, and veteran sales professionals dedicated to offering premium tea and coffee beverage solutions at competitive pricing. Our vending machines provide freshly brewed coffee and tea with milk, delivering a true homemade taste. Our primary clientele includes corporate clients from manufacturing, finance, telecom, IT/ITES, and various other industries. Our newly developed machines are user-friendly and innovative, featuring regionally specific beverages. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales initiatives, providing customer service, and training staff. Daily tasks include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining and expanding the client database, and overseeing sales management activities to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales and Sales Management Ability to train staff effectively Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Proven track record in meeting sales goals Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the beverage or vending machine industry is a plus
