Collaborate with agronomists and other scientists to enhance crop yield and quality. Manage field trials and data collection processes to assess plant performance. Stay updated on advancements in plant breeding techniques and technologies. Skills and Qualifications Master's degree or Ph.D. in Plant Breeding, Genetics, Agronomy, or related field. Strong knowledge of plant genetics and molecular breeding techniques. Experience with statistical analysis software and data interpretation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
