As a Senior Landscape Architect, you will lead and deliver landscape design for large masterplans and building projects while working collaboratively to establish project landscape requirements in alignment with our strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design and technical presentations to clients and stakeholders - Prepare and deliver schematic design, detailed design, and tender design documentation in BIM - Manage design budget adherence throughout all stages - Coordinate MEP design loads for water supply, drainage, lighting, and irrigation - Assist in the preparation of specifications, bill of quantities, and RFPs - Contribute to technical proposals for project bids - Lead internal coordination meetings and review design reports and presentation documents Qualifications Required: - Hold a relevant qualification in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institution - Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in landscape design with renowned design consultancy practices - Thorough understanding of local and international codes of practice and standards - Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, Navisworks, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Knowledge of sustainable design applications, green building regulations, and certification requirements - Previous experience working on Middle East projects - Strong technical skills and knowledge of construction detailing Additional Company Details: Jacobs values people and fosters a culture of caring and inclusivity.
