Role & responsibilities Basic knowledge of core field Handle emergency conditions during the shifts Carry out day to day breakdown maintenance like water consumption Carry out RCA/MTBF/MTR/MTTR Maintain the records and history of equipments health Monitor utility consumption and records and keep track of the same Maintain the inventory at Min. Level & reduce the repair & maintenance cost Implementation of HSE practices and procedures. Monitor and drive jobs through contractors and track AMCs Maintain safe work environment Follow up of near-miss investigation procedure Break down maintenance of LT & HT electrical work Preparing & following PM schedule Must have Knowledge about governments electrical statutory norms & Audit compliance Must possess Electrical Supervisor license Must have experience of HIRA, Unsafe acts and conditions Should have experience of renowned quality standards and audits like IMS, ISO & Responsible Care. Knowledge of VFD, DG, Breakers and UPS Should have exposure to good & green projects / energy savings Preferred candidate profile BE/Tech or Diploma in Electrical with 2 to 3 years of work experience in Chemical Industry
