As a skilled individual responsible for the maintenance and operation of various systems and equipment, your primary duties will include the following: You will be tasked with preparing COD Reports, updating checklists, and compiling breakdown and incident reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration systems and various MHES such as RT, Forklift, BOPT, and HPTs. Your role will also involve handling utility and electrical/instrumentation maintenance tasks for panels, DB, UPS, stabilizers, and batteries. You will be expected to record ISO files, maintain history cards, monitor data loggers, track incoming product temperatures, and manage compressor logbooks and electricity consumption details on a daily basis. In the event of non-conformance, you will be required to conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions. Daily responsibilities will include inspecting and ensuring the proper functioning of the hydrant, sprinkler system, fire alarm, PA system, and CCTV systems. You will also conduct periodic checks on all fire extinguishers and oversee the refilling schedule. Organizing and facilitating safety-related training sessions and maintaining safety records are essential aspects of this role. You will be responsible for conducting periodic mock drills focused on fire, evacuation, electrocution, and medical emergencies. Upholding a safety-conscious environment by reporting near misses, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts is crucial. Your duties will extend to operating, inspecting, and maintaining DG sets, earth pits, lightning arresters, water pumps, docks, doors, and refrigerated trucks. It will be your responsibility to renew licenses and certificates and keep records of diesel consumption, water usage, electricity consumption, and other consumables. Maintaining DG maintenance reports and spare parts lists will also fall within your purview. Furthermore, you will be expected to carry out energy-efficient activities and proactively plan and implement preventive maintenance measures while maintaining detailed records of these activities.
