Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment history. Collaborate with production and quality departments to minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and statutory requirements. Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or service needs. Implement improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce energy consumption. Requirements: Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field. 3-7 years of relevant experience in plant maintenance (preferably in food, pharma, or allied industries). Strong knowledge of HVAC, utilities, and manufacturing machinery. Familiarity with CMMS or other maintenance management systems is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
